We obviously have excellent customer service hence this comment, we can be reached 24/7 and are also available online pretty much 24/7 on our site,, how much better can we get? hmm,, some people are just not happy. The software he had was the latest,, we told him it was but also told him that there will be an update out soon,, yes, just that,, an update,, he didnt get an old version? lol he received the normal version but we just wanted him to know that we add new things pretty much every week, gratitude for ya eh,, hmm. like we said,, some people just dont appreciate what goes into making this type of software. He stole $97 and he says he sent me the software. I didn't receive it until I started complaining and then he sent me the old version and has promised the updated version for weeks. As of writing, still no sign of it. Customer service is non existent. Don't waste your money and don't use paypal as they are their useless usual self and wont do anything as its software.
