About

Hi everyone. I hope you are enjoying reading TimeToTweet.com, a site written for those who love Twitter!

My name is James Hakim and I have been working online since early 2000. Although I have been working online for years, I was never a huge fan of social media. I know the benefits which can come from promoting yourself and your websites through sites like Digg, StumbleUpon etc but I always found it boring and to be honest, a bit of a waste of time.

Twitter was launched in 2006 and started growing in popularity amongst webmasters and bloggers in 2007 but because I never spent much time on social media websites, I didn’t sign up with Twitter the first part of 2008.

Even after signing up I never really got into it. I knew people were promoting themselves through Twitter but I never really understood the value of using it.

After coming back from travelling in early 2009 I started using Twitter more and I started to understand why everyone was using it. How useful it was for making new contacts and staying up to date with other designers and bloggers I admired. It just all clicked and once I started to enjoy using it, Twitter became as important to my daily routine as my newsreader and my email account.

Through this blog I hope to keep everyone up to date with the latest Twitter news, tools and services. I hope you enjoy it :)

As a programmer I recieved a lot request to create and develop Twitter apps and tools, that’s when Twitterscripts.net was created, this easy to use simple script store provides web masters and twitter fans the chance to create there own twitter resource tool.

I work on adding new twitter apps and scripts every week so there continually updated!

This blog will also serve as a place for updates and the latests app releases for www.Twitterscripts.net

Kind Regards,
James Hakim
